We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Turkish National to join our growing team as a Business Development Manager.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within KSA and the wider Gulf region

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, government bodies, and key stakeholders

• Lead tendering and proposal development processes

• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis

• Collaborate closely with operations and support teams to ensure smooth project delivery

✅ Requirements:

• Turkish National (residing in or willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia)

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, preferably in FM, catering, or industrial services

• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Turkish a neccesity 

• Proven track record of winning new business and meeting targets

• Culturally aware, self-motivated, and results-driven
