We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Turkish Sweet Maker/Baker to join our growing culinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in crafting authentic Turkish desserts and pastries, and is ready to showcase their skills in a professional environment.

🍰 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a wide variety of traditional Turkish sweets such as baklava, künefe, şekerpare, lokma, revani, and more

• Ensure high standards of hygiene, quality, and presentation

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan dessert menus and production schedules

• Maintain stock levels and manage ingredients with minimal waste

👨‍🍳 Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Turkish sweet maker/baker (minimum 3 years)

• Strong knowledge of traditional ingredients and preparation techniques

• Ability to work efficiently and independently

• Passion for Turkish culinary heritage
